Job Description
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing new builds, renovations, and expansions of Fulfillment Centers across the United States. This role requires effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully.
ResponsibilitiesManage new builds, renovations, and expansions of Fulfillment Centers across the US.Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders for project success.Negotiate construction, procurement, and labor contracts.Coordinate the design phase through implementation and operation.Communicate project requirements effectively to various audiences.Oversee facilities management, including planning, design review, implementation, and project management/control of new structures and existing buildings.Manage concurrent projects through effective program management.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a comparable field.At least 7 years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.At least 7 years of project management experience from design phase through implementation and operation.At least 7 years of experience in negotiating construction, procurement, and labor contracts.Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM, and scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in at least two disciplines within the construction industry, including General Contracting, Owner’s Representation, Commercial Development, Engineering & Design, or similar.Project Management accreditation (PMP® or similar).Experience in facilities management or similar roles.Success in communicating project requirements to various audiences.Work Environment
This role is remote with a requirement for 50-80% travel to project sites located across the West Coast, Central, and East Coast of the United States.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
