Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description Collaborate with stakeholders including architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project goals and scope. Provide leadership and performance management for assigned team members. Manage billing processes, monitor financial performance, and ensure timely project closeout. Essential Skills + Strong project management skills in construction settings. + Experience with MEP coordination and building automation systems. + Knowledge of HVAC systems and preferred experience in HVAC. + Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience. + 3–5 years of project management experience, or 5+ years in construction-related roles. + Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation controls. Work Environment Work is conducted in the office five days a week with occasional site visits. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
