Brandt Developments has a position available for a Construction Project Manager at our Regina, SK location. Reporting to the Director of Construction and Site Services, the ideal candidate must have significant experience in the construction industry.

 Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate, schedule, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget Provide support to Directors or Senior Project Managers as required Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules Responsible for quality and delivery of projects Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff
