Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Develop and manage construction budgets, timelines, and schedulesCoordinate bidding process, qualify contractors, and review contractsReview and value engineer construction drawingsAnalyze bid proposals, contracts, invoices, and change ordersEnsure projects are completed within budget and on scheduleManage retail store construction process and handover to retail operations teamConduct site visits and prepare punch lists for vendors and contractorsTechnical Support:
Provide construction guidance for retail store designReview and approve quotes for construction-related vendors and contractorsPrepare and maintain project documentationCollect and organize final documents from contractorsSupport Tenant Improvement Allowance collection processManage warranty follow-up for assigned stores and projectsCollaboration and Communication:
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholdersSupport Store Facilities and Maintenance team as neededSupervisory Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee external contractors and vendors (no direct reports)Education and Experience:
5+ years of Construction Management experience in Retail Store TI and/or Commercial TI Construction requiredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS TeamsConstruction Management Degree (preferred but not required)Ideally based in Florida, but open to candidates in the Southeast regionThe annual salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000 USD.
