North America Construction Industry Vertical Division
Reporting into the Head of North America Construction Industry Vertical Division, the Development Leader serves as the bridge between Willis’ Project Risk Resources group and Willis’ Construction Broking team.
The position will advance our North American construction project risk engagement strategies by:
Working with the North American Sales & Client Management team to identify new construction opportunities and engage with other IVD leaders to establish teams to develop those opportunitiesEstablish and manage “pursuit/sales teams” with the Regional Construction Leaders to map specific opportunities by region and local officeCoordinate with the CRB Proposal Team to review and credential RFP’s related to construction activitiesEngage with markets to develop Willis-exclusive products along the lines of London’s CLEF (Construction Excess Liability Facility)Establish recurring market engagement to determine changes in underwriting appetite as well as develop new market opportunitiesWorking with the Project Risk Resource team to maintain current and relevant marketing contentAdvocate for technology and process innovations by securing feedback from prospects, clients and carriers on our operations and deliverables to improve Willis’ standing in the market and with prospects and clientsNote that visa employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.
