Job Description
As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in scheduling and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for reaching out to vendors, ordering materials, processing invoices, and working closely with Project Managers and Estimators to ensure project progress. Additionally, you will coordinate assignments for the field service team and assist in processing RFIs, Change Orders, and Submittals, as well as scheduling with contractors for jobs.
ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.Communicate with vendors to order materials and process invoices.Collaborate with Project Managers and Estimators to facilitate project progress.Coordinate field service team assignments.Assist in processing RFIs, Change Orders, and Submittals.Schedule jobs with contractors.Essential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong project coordination and scheduling skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Administrative support experience in construction administration.Familiarity with change order and RFI processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with scheduling service jobs and project coordination from General Construction/MEP companies.Strong time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Ability to learn and apply internal software processes to projects.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00/hr.
