As an Intermediate level Construction Professional/Field Engineer, you’ll work with experienced resident engineers, QA/QC and project controls team members to monitor construction and fabrication progress, review contract documents, standards and specifications, perform quantity takeoffs, track costs/invoices. You’ll support field staff for structural steel fabrication and delivery tracking and co-ordination, and prepare progress reports for client. Based on site in Channelview, TX, you’ll have the chance to work on a signature cable stayed bridge project. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering
• 2+ years of experience working in a construction environment as client representative
• Engineer-in-Training certification
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, standards and specifications.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
• Experience working on transportation projects
