Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Paralegal for our client, a well-established medium-sized law firm in downtown Dallas specializing in insurance defense. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in construction defect and personal injury defense.

Responsibilities:

Develop construction case chronologies (construction defect experience required)Schedule depositions, mediations, inspections, and meetingsManage calendars and monitor discovery deadlines, hearings, and depositionsOrder, review, and summarize depositions, workers' comp, employment, and medical recordsReview and organize document production from opposing parties and co-defendantsRespond to subpoenas and prepare discovery responses, notices, motions, and settlement agreementsAssist in preparing exhibits, pleadings, and trial materialsPrepare open records requestsAttend select depositions and meetings with clients and counselHandle state and federal e-filingManage large, document-heavy electronic case filesCommunicate effectively with clients and legal professionals

Qualifications:
