Job Description An employer is looking to hire a Construction Owner's Representative to work on a project in Rochester, NY. This role will be overseeing all elements of a facility designed to protect the assets of a major wireless provider. This candidate must come with experience providing construction management to wireless carriers like Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc. Ideal projects would include data centers, warehouses, power generation plants, and any other major industrial infrastructure related to the wireless industry. Daily responsibilities will include site walks, meeting with subcontractors, providing verbal and written reports and updates to the end client, generating reports on errors made, all while using a proprietary project management tool.
