This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful execution of projects and adherence to safety standards and protocols established by AIS Infrastructure. **MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** + Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize project execution. + Monitor and evaluate project performance to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution. + Identify and mitigate operational risks and issues proactively to minimize project delays or disruptions. + Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices. **REQUIRED JOB SKILLS & ABILITIES** + Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. + Solid understanding of construction and industrial services operations, including knowledge of relevant equipment, tools, and materials. + Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. + Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. **EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE** + Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. + Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus. + Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction or industrial services operations. + In-depth knowledge of project management principles and practices. + Familiarity with construction software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, ERP systems). **TRAVEL** + Travel to project sites may be necessary, up to 35%. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES** + Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction and industrial services industry. + Proficiency in using project management software and tools. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders. + Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges. + Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in project deliverables. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. + Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. **OTHER DUTIES** Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
