You will supervise the planning, estimation design, installation, start-up, commissioning, turnover and warranty of assigned projects, whilst resolving job problems and delivering outstanding customer value and financial performance. You will lead and mentor Project Managers and manage over oversee over a100 projects at a time. **What will you do?** + Lead and direct project teams to ensure project completion aligns with contract requirements and Siemens' PM operational procedures. + Conduct sales-to-operations turnover meetings to ensure the project execution team understands project scope and customer commitments. + Inspect project sites and work environments to ensure quality execution and safety; review design, installation, and operational documentation for customer submission. + Analyze contracts, proposals, project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine scope and execution requirements. + Forecast labor and material requirements, and schedule project resources. + Oversee project plan development and activity execution, focusing on timelines and budget. + Implement Contract Management strategies to maximize gross margin (GM), minimize erosion, increase total order volume, and mitigate risks. + Present change order proposals to customers; proactively manage claims to protect company assets. + Provide regular project status reports to management. + Participate in final job site walk-throughs and ensure completion of all required documentation for project closeout. + Keep design documents current throughout the project; direct preparation of "as-built" record drawings and documents based on data from installation and/or project teams. + Collaborate with commercial partners to apply the "four-eyes" principle of project controlling, monitoring performance, managing risk, controlling costs, and utilizing financial/monthly forecasting tools; work with project controllers to prepare progress billings, pursue timely customer payments, and authorize subcontractor payments. + Assign training and provide mentorship to the team. + Ensure all work adheres to company safety rules, statutory regulations, and customer requirements, including the Health and Safety at Work Act. **What will you need to succeed?** + Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent relevant work experience. + PMP certification is a strong asset. + Experience managing small to large concurrent projects and leading a team of Project Managers and Coordinators. + Minimum of 5 or more years of industry knowledge and experience with one or all of the following: Building Automation, HVAC, Fire, Security, and Mechanical Systems. + Ability to develop and deliver projects with a focus on timelines, budget, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction. + Strong verbal and written communication skills.
