Construction Manager Job Description We are looking for a dynamic Construction Manager to oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects, including interior fit-outs and restaurant renovations. The role involves contract management, project monitoring, and quality control, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards. Responsibilities + Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction + Oversee subcontractors, site contractors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards + Conduct field inspections + Prepare estimates and track project costs + Review and approve invoices + Prepare and supervise project close-out, including punch lists and final approvals Additional Skills & Qualifications + General Contracting License + 5+ years of commercial construction management + Manage multiple projects at once Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr. 401(k) with match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in North Reading,MA.
