🔍 About the Role

We’re hiring aConstruction Managerto oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with contractors, owners, and design professionals to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesLead weekly construction meetings and coordinate project stakeholders.Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Evaluate contractor payment applications and change order requests.Support cost reporting and project budgeting.Oversee punch list development and project close-out.Ensure compliance with permits, codes, and safety standards.Manage procurement, contractor selection, and contract documentation.Navigate construction challenges and resolve field issues efficiently.✅ What You BringBachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.4+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of supervisory experience in construction.Proven ability to manage change orders and construction documentation.Experience withground-up constructionand large-scale building programs.OSHA 30 certification.Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.🌟 Preferred ExperienceProjects with budgets of$100M+.Background insports, recreation, or hospitalityconstruction.Experience as anowner’s representativeon large-scale programs.Strong meeting facilitation and documentation skills.🏢 Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $74.51/hr.
