### Job Duties Oversee construction of residential and commercial project activities to meet contractual deadlines. Review and analyze job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. Perform cost estimation, bidding, procurement of labor and materials, and scheduling of various trades on site for efficient project completion. Perform analysis of financial feasibility and ROI analysis. Develop detailed proposals and estimates, contractor's bid estimates, baseline schedules, and resource loaded schedules. Complete monthly progress reports and cost tracking reports in line with contractual requirements.
