Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to determine project needs Manage and lead construction teams, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and building codes Develop and maintain project schedules, budget estimates, and resource plans Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications Monitor and report on project progress to senior management Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Implement best practices for construction management and drive continuous improvement Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance project efficiency

 

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Master's degree in Construction Management (preferred) 10-12 years of experience in the construction industry
