We’re happy to discuss flexible working hours, patterns, and locations to suit you and the business. **What You'll Be Doing** **Job Summary:** To provide the organization with construction management support on projects above $20M at the Longview, TX site during all phases of the project. The CM will provide oversite to the EPC during scope development through the final completion of the construction packages. **Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:** + Identify construction execution plans and work sequencing plans + Take the lead on ensure all site permits are identified and obtained before start of construction + Project risk identification and mitigation plans + Schedule development and cost estimating + Material handling + Provide oversite of site construction activities + Ensure all site safety and procedures are followed by contractors + Conduct safety briefing before site work begins + Review lift plans + Communicate and report any safety concerns and/or incidents per site procedures.
