Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Lead and manage construction projects, coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project deliveryDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plansOversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codesConduct regular site inspections and address any issues or challenges that arise during constructionManage and mentor construction team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environmentPrepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior managementNegotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractorsImplement and maintain quality control processes throughout the construction lifecycleEnsure adherence to environmental and sustainability standards in all projectsCollaborate with the procurement team to source materials and equipment efficientlyAnalyze and mitigate potential risks to project success

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project deliveryStrong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and industry best practicesExpertise in project management, scheduling, and budgetingExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectivelyProficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office SuiteIn-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standardsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsValid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sitesSafety management certification (e.g., OSHA) preferredExperience with large-scale construction projects is highly desirableKnowledge of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plusArabic language skills are beneficial but not required
