The main function of a Construction Manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in fields such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate projects by making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
+ Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
+ Recruit employees, assign, direct and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
+ Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
+ Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
+ Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.

+ 10+ years of experience in construction management or electrical engineering
+ Engineering degree required

+ Experience with electrical cabling
Work Environment
The role requires working closely with various teams to ensure project success. The environment is dynamic and requires adherence to industry standards and the ability to meet deadlines. Dress code is business casual.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $79.00/hr.
