We are a great company. **Construction Logistics Specialist (Wayfinding Focus)** **Job Summary:** Seeking a logistics professional with extensive experience in wayfinding strategy and implementation, particularly in large, complex environments such as airports. This role involves managing temporary signage and pedestrian routing during construction to ensure safe, clear, and effective navigation for users. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and oversee temporary wayfinding strategies aligned with construction phases and user needs. + Evaluate signage design, placement, and adherence to standards. + Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage deadlines across multiple concurrent projects. + Analyze construction schedules and site logistics plans to assess wayfinding impacts. + Conduct site walks to review signage effectiveness and recommend adjustments. + Create clear, visually impactful signage plans and travel paths. + Track fabrication and installation schedules to maintain consistent quality and project timelines. **Qualifications:** + 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or building programs. + Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or related field (Master’s preferred). + Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. + Familiarity with signage materials, design standards, and installation processes. + May require various shift work and must pass federal background check for site access. **Compensation:** $85k-$100k The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law.
