A sophisticated boutique firm in Chicago is looking to add a construction litigation senior associate or partner to their growing practice group.

The ideal attorney will have 7+ years' experience construction litigation in a law firm setting with the ability to handle matters from incpetion through resolution. This position is to fill a key role within the firm and title is flexible for this position depending on experience (associate / partner).

This group represets owners, developers, general contractors in pre-claim disputes, litigation claims, arbitrations, and construction agreeent negotiations. Matters include design defect, project delay, acceleration, and mechanic's liens. This position will not only handle their own case load but be responsible for managing a team of associates on their case teams.
