**Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated construction laborers responsible for general duties on new construction roofing projects. Your role will involve removing debris, using shovels, cutting materials, loading carts, hauling trash, assisting with insulation, attaching materials, and organizing the work area. **Responsibilities** + Remove debris and haul away trash using shovels and carts. + Assist with laying insulation and attaching materials. + Maintain a clean and organized work area by cleaning up materials and tools. + Perform various labor duties as required on roofing projects. **Essential Skills** + Experience working on a construction job site. + Comfortable using basic hand tools such as shovels. + Ability to perform manual labor including roofing and concrete work. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in labor-intensive roles such as concrete work is a plus. + Experience in roofing is highly desirable. + Capability to perform manual labor for extended periods (8+ hours a day). **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a long-term contract with a four-day work week and a three-day weekend. Steel toe boots are mandatory, and the company provides additional personal protective equipment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
