Job Title: Construction Laborer

Job Description

Join a leading team in outdoor recreation equipment distribution as a construction laborer. You will be part of a dynamic crew working on exciting projects from playgrounds to waterparks. As part of a company with over 25 years of experience, you will contribute to creating dream outdoor spaces throughout the Lower Mainland.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in the construction and installation of retaining walls, hardscaping, and landscaping projects.Utilize hand and power tools effectively to build and construct various outdoor structures.Ensure proper site representation with a clean appearance and professional demeanor.Travel between sites across the Lower Mainland as required, maintaining a valid driver's license.Collaborate with crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand and power tools.Experience in landscape and hardscape construction.Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.Understanding of smoking/vaping restrictions on site.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience leading a small crew.Basic Heavy Equipment Operator (HEO) experience, such as running skid steers, bobcats, or small excavators.Airbrake endorsement is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a supportive and safety-conscious environment where you are provided with a hard hat, safety vest, and tools. Candidates need only bring steel-toed boots. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with consistent 40-hour work weeks and potential for overtime. Projects span the Lower Mainland, from Chilliwack to North Vancouver, typically lasting four days. CPSI certification is required for lead hands to install playground equipment.

This is a long term position based out of the Lower Mainland, British Columbia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
