Job Responsibilities:
Implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

Skills and Requirements
Perform Integration Project Management services during inception, design, pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and handover.
In order to deliver functionally complete data center technical fit-outs that fulfill the business capacity demands and performance requirements as detailed in the project contract documents (i.e., construction plans, specifications, DRB, schedules) from the data center engineering team and other internal program teams
Personnel Competencies.
The Integration Manager will be an integral team member and act as the point of contact for a number of stakeholders both external and internal to and as such should have a good balance of technical and Project Management experience and skills. It is envisaged that an Integration Manager will have the following competencies, experience, and certifications:
1. 5+ years Project Management Experience (Construction, system integration)
2. Data Center Experience (Construction/Operations/Design/Planning)
3. Information and communication technology experience a plus (Comms/Telephony, security, networking, intelligent buildings)
4. BICSI - RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) or RTPM (Registered Telecommunications Project Manager) Certification (strongly desired)
5. Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) credential or equivalent (preferred)
Skills:
Verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
8 -10 years experience required.
Pay 50-85/h
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
