Construction Integration Manager
Job Title: Construction Integration Supervisor/Manager

Job Description

The primary role of a Construction Integration Supervisor/Manager is to oversee and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers to ensure efficient and quality output.

ResponsibilitiesImplement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems to analyze and detect production problems.Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff while resolving personal grievances.Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.Essential SkillsStrong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and techniques for maximizing effective manufacturing and distribution.Understanding of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and principles for precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or a related field preferred.8-10 years of experience in telecommunication, construction, data center migration, and integration.Project management experience and proficiency in construction management.Experience in data center construction and telecommunications preferred. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $72.00/hr.
