**Job Title: Heavy Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Machine Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, dump trucks, and backhoes. This role is essential to the successful and timely completion of our construction projects. **Responsibilities** + Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently on active construction sites + Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues + Follow site safety protocols and company procedures + Collaborate with site supervisors and other crew members + Assist with loading/unloading materials and site preparation as needed **Essential Skills** + Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment + Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures + Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints + Reliable transportation and punctuality **Other Skills** + Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)– preferred but not required + OSHA certification or other relevant safety training + Experience with GPS or automated machine control systems **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
