We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Foreman to join our Construction team in the SoCal area. In this role, you will lead daily field operations on telecom infrastructure projects, including wireless site builds, fiber trenching, small cell installations, and equipment upgrades. This role is directly responsible for managing on-site crews, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in field execution. As the on-site authority, the Construction Foreman ensures all work is performed according to construction documents, carrier specifications, and California regulations. This is a key boots-on-the-ground leadership role in our deployment process, reporting field status to the Construction Manager and serving as the first line of issue resolution.

The Role

Lead and supervise daily field activities for telecom construction projects Manage crew schedule, daily task assignments, and equipment usage to ensure timely and accurate work completionConduct daily safety briefings, (JSA, Equipment walk around, etc.) and enforce compliance with CAL/OSHA and company protocolsRead and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and specificationsMonitor and inspect work for quality assurance, flagging and correcting deficiencies immediatelyCoordinate material deliveries, equipment staging, and access logisticsAct as the on-site point of contact for Construction Manager and client field representativesMaintain accurate daily field reports, timecards, and progress documentationCommunicate project progress and any field-level issues or delays to leadership promptlySupport site closeout efforts, including punch list completion and documentation collection Requirements 3–5+ years of telecom construction experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead roleAbility to lead and motivate construction crews in a fast-paced, high-accountability environmentProficient in reading construction prints, utility layouts, and technical site documentationFamiliarity with safety procedures and regulations, including CAL/OSHA and local permitting processesMust be comfortable working at heights (if applicable) and in outdoor field conditionsStrong communication skills with a focus on professionalism and field coordinationOSHA 10 or 30 certification preferredCPR/First Aid certified preferredExperience with carrier-specific build requirements (e.g., AT&T Turf, Verizon, T-Mobile) a plusCDL or heavy equipment operation certification (aerial lifts, trenchers, etc.) a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusMust provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves drivingPassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
