**Job Summary**
We are currently seeking an elevator inspector to join our TYLin's PMCM team.
**Responsibilities & Qualifications**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Maintenance and evaluation inspections.
+ Survey and monitor for quality efficiency.
+ Testing of fire safety protocols.
+ Additional responsibilities as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ BS in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
+ QEI certification required
+ 3+ years of elevator inspection engineer experience is required.
+ Requires knowledge of engineering principals and industry standards.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints
+ Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
+ Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges.
+ High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.

**Additional Information**
TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $86,900- $130,300 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
