**Pay Rate:**
_The pay rate for this job is $22 - $26 / hour*_
**What you'll be doing as a Construction Coordinator:**
+ Job File Management:
+ Create and maintain digital and physical job files from job initiation through completion.
+ Ensure each file includes required documentation:
+ Contracts, work authorizations, estimates, scope of work
+ Photos (before/during/after)
+ Time tracking records
+ Equipment & Material
+ Customer communications
+ Compliance & Audit Readiness:
+ Ensure all job documentation meets IICRC, insurance carrier, and company-specific requirements.
+ Keep files organized for easy access in case of TPA audits, internal quality control reviews, or insurance disputes.
+ Regularly review file completeness and flag missing documents.
+ Coordination with Project Teams:
+ Work closely with:
+ Project Managers for job updates, change orders, and completion verification
+ Estimators for updated scopes and insurance supplements
+ Act as the central hub between field and office staff to keep files updated in real time.
+ Communication & Customer Support
+ Customer Communication (Non-Technical):
+ Send updates, documentation requests, and satisfaction surveys to clients.
+ Notify customers of next steps and what to expect (e.g., insurance submission, repairs scheduling).
+ Billing & Documentation Support
+ Support for Invoicing:
+ Compile all billing-related documents for submission to insurance and customers.
+ Verify labor and material entries match field reports before finance sends final invoices
+ Notify billing team when a job file is ready to be closed or invoiced.
+ Software & Tools Used
+ Job Management Platforms: DASH
+ Estimating: Xactimate (viewing/editing only if trained)
+ Document Storage: Dash and Cloud
**Available shifts:**
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day), Weekends
**Job requirements:**
+ Construction experience is a plus
+ Use tools of the trade
+ Able to lift 50lbs
+ Work in all weather conditions
+ Background Check Required
