The Role
The Construction Coordinator supports the Project Manager in both administrative and field/office construction operations across assigned projects. This role ensures contractor compliance with Celanese corporate and site safety standards, coordinates construction administration across multiple projects, and assists with documentation, scheduling, budget tracking, quality analysis, and engineering coordination. Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and proactively address project schedule deviations.
