Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)LOCAL CANDIDATES MIDLAND/ODESSA ONLY$50 per diem + hotel paid by company when traveling due to work.Assist with installing, repairing & maintaining ground beds.Operate & maintain equipment safely (backhoes, trenchers, forklifts, etc.).Perform manual labor including digging, backfilling & site cleanup, etc.Follow all safety protocols, complete required paperwork & assignments as they are instructed by management.Construction Assistant Qualifications:
Must speak, read and write EnglishAbility to walk, stand for 12+ hours & lift up to 75 lbs & work outdoors in all weather conditions.Willingness to travel for 3–4 weeks at a time (paid travel & lodging provided). 1 week off. Must pass DOT drug test, background check, MVR & physical.TWIC card & Class A CDL preferred but not required.Clean pants/jeans (no holes), solid-color work shirt (no logos), steel-toed boots. Presentable & suitable for outdoor work.Outdoor/indoor work in all-weather conditionsApplicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
