Job Title: Construction Administrator

Job Description

The Construction Administrator (CMCA) role is primarily administrative, involving coordination of Requests for Information (RFIs), processing cost estimates, and reviewing pay applications. This position typically requires working standard daytime hours to align with project schedules.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) between project stakeholders.Process and track construction cost estimates efficiently.Review contractor pay applications for accuracy and compliance.Support day-to-day administrative functions within construction project teams.Ensure timely documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills

4 years of construction administrative experience.Proficiency in construction, project coordination, administrative support, and project administration.Expertise in construction administration and the MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.Experience with RFIs, cost estimates, reporting, and change orders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

An Associate's degree is required, while a Bachelor's degree is considered a plus.Solid construction experience is mandatory.

Work Environment

The work environment is located within a hospital setting. It is crucial that the candidate is comfortable working in this environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, PA

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
