We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant to support our operations and keep our data flowing smoothly.
What You’ll DoAs our Construction Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our office operations, helping project managers and field teams stay organized and informed. Your day-to-day will include:
Running reports on project progress, budgets, and timelinesEntering and maintaining data in project management and accounting systemsSharing data and updates with internal teams, subcontractors, and clientsOrganizing and managing project documentation, contracts, and permitsAssisting with scheduling meetings, site visits, and inspectionsHandling phone calls, emails, and general office communicationsSupporting compliance and safety documentation trackingWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in an administrative role (construction industry preferred)Strong skills in Excel, Word, and project management softwareExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to communicate clearly and professionallyComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentFamiliarity with construction terminology and workflows is a plusPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
