We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant to support our operations and keep our data flowing smoothly. What You’ll Do As our Construction Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our office operations, helping project managers and field teams stay organized and informed. Your day-to-day will include: + Running reports on project progress, budgets, and timelines + Entering and maintaining data in project management and accounting systems + Sharing data and updates with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients + Organizing and managing project documentation, contracts, and permits + Assisting with scheduling meetings, site visits, and inspections + Handling phone calls, emails, and general office communications + Supporting compliance and safety documentation tracking What We’re Looking For + Proven experience in an administrative role (construction industry preferred) + Strong skills in Excel, Word, and project management software + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to communicate clearly and professionally + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment + Familiarity with construction terminology and workflows is a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
