Construction Administration Project Coordinator

Your Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Construction Administration Project Coordinator to join our team and support the successful execution of architectural projects during the construction phase. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a high level of professionalism, and is eager to work collaboratively across disciplines. As a Construction Administration Project Coordinator, you will provide support, coordination and communications with all consultants, clients, contractors and staff.

What You Will Do

Provide day-to-day coordination and communication support to project teams during construction

Manage workload – prioritizing work, follow up of outstanding items, and ensuring deadlines are met

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to facilitate smooth communication and timely deliverables

Support Construction Administration (CA) project phase including documentation, RFIs, submittals

Organize and maintain Document Control, records and file structures

Prepare professional-quality documents and correspondence

Upload and download items in Procore

Assistance with project closeout

Assistance with field reports

Attend OAC meetings

Assistance with architectural punch walks and generate punch lists

Your Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a project coordinator or other similar administrative role

Experience within an architecture or design firm (highly desired)

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment

Superior verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

High level of professionalism and strong sense of urgency

Intermediate to advanced skills in Procore, proficiency in Power BI a plus

Ability to work with minimal guidance; Proactive, motivated self-starter

Flexibility and ability to handle and manage change effectively and efficiently

U.S. Citizenship is required for this role due to the client's security clearance requirement

**Compensation is based upon experience and estimated base salary range is $65,000 – $85,000 annually. This amount does not include annual bonuses + benefits.
