Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will support construction and property management projects by coordinating project details, managing schedules, and maintaining financial and administrative records. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track project schedules, ensuring timelines are adhered to and milestones are met.
• Manage financial aspects of projects, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including construction plans, contracts, and financial records.
• Assist in preparing comprehensive action plans that outline resources, timeframes, and budgets for various projects.
• Handle inquiries related to project finances and provide timely follow-ups to resolve any discrepancies.
• Support the preparation of reports and updates for senior management on project progress and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations in all administrative and financial tasks.
• Utilize tools such as Sage Intacct and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze project data.
• Collaborate with managers to identify and address any potential project risks or challenges. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes.
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with construction documents and project management workflows.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively support team collaboration.
