About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Accounting & Operations Specialist to support our field operations across multiple active projects. This role combines administrative coordination, financial workflows, and project support to help ensure smooth and compliant execution in a fast-paced construction environment.
If you have strong clerical and software skills, enjoy balancing multiple responsibilities, and have experience in construction operations, this is the role for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesTrack and maintain field safety documents and subcontractor submissionsCreate, scan, and log Daily Reports, Pre-Task Plan sheets, and related documentationProcess craftsmen payroll weekly and ensure accuracySubmit and properly code expense vouchers for field staffGenerate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for vendors and subcontractorsAssist with subcontractor bidding lists and procurement coordinationSupport invoicing and cost coding for multiple projectsOrganize complex clerical tasks and manage competing priorities under tight deadlinesCommunicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and site visitorsConduct accurate data entry and perform various administrative tasks as assignedMaintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all timesQualifications & SkillsProficiency in CMiC, Office 365, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and other relevant softwareExcellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilitiesHigh attention to detail and strong cost awarenessAbility to work independently and adapt to changing situationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsConstruction industry experience is preferred but not requiredPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
