Well-established full range construction company that offers a range of design, construction and maintenance services is seeking an experienced Construction Accounting Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will manage payroll in collaboration with Corporate, ensuring compliance with company, union, and client requirements. This role requires coordination with Operations to collect field information needed to support payroll, client invoicing, and related contract compliance. Monthly union reporting must be managed and processed to ensure compliance. The Business Manager will be responsible for calculating and filing monthly Arizona Department of Revenue business tax reports, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, reported, and defendable in the event of an audit. Compliance with generally accepted accounting practices (GAAP) is essential. The successful candidate will implement updates and improvements to our financial and accounting systems, processes, and organization, in collaboration with Corporate, to best serve our clients and support our growth initiatives. Additionally, the Business Manager will assist in the preparation for client-requested audits and collaborate in the preparation of budgets and financial plans for the geography, working with the operations team. This role involves analyzing operating costs and recommending cost reduction measures.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
401k match of 3%, split payment of health and dental. Bonus incentives based on company performance and team performance. Amount is not known.
