Manage AIA, Time and Material BillingTrack and process all work ordersMonitor and report on job costsReview, code, and process invoicesMaintain Certificates of Insurance (COI)Assist with cost forecasting

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or at least 2 years of related experience in AIA billing.
