The Constant Care Attendant creates and develops cognitive and sensory programs in the three activity spheres of Productivity, Self-Care, and Leisure to engage the participants in the Providence Adult Day Center.  Facilitates individual activities to complement the uniqueness of each person.  Uses a person-centered approach to maintain a healthy social environment for the adults.

Providence Adult Day Health Napa Valley provides the only adult day program in the valley dedicated to supporting older adults and adults with dementia, brain injuries, developmental and physical disabilities, mental health conditions, or other challenges-whether or not they have a formal diagnosis.

Required Qualifications:

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.Experience working with older adults and adults with dementia.
