Consolidations & Financial Reporting Manager - Remote (Occasional Onsite in Lexington, MA)

Our client, a global organization in the healthcare and manufacturing sector, is seeking a Consolidations & Financial Reporting Manager to oversee the preparation, submission, and integrity of consolidated financial data. This role involves managing compliance, financial controls, system improvements, and reporting processes. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in SAP, Excel, and general ledger structures, as well as experience leading financial teams.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation, review, and distribution of consolidated financial reportsEnsure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and company policiesLead process reviews, internal controls, and audits across finance functionsAct as a key contact for internal teams and external audit requestsSupport the implementation of new systems and accounting standards

Qualifications:
