Your Role
We are currently looking for a brilliant and passionate Consolidated Financial Statement and Sustainability Specialist to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy).
In this role, you will support both the preparation of the Consolidated Financial Statements and the implementation of Sustainability Reporting in line with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). You will collaborate with foreign subsidiaries on day-to-day operations and contribute to new company projects related to accounting processes.
Additionally, you will support the Group in conducting gap analyses and ensuring the collection and validation of sustainability data.
Your Impact
Consolidated Financial Statement
Support the preparation of the Group Consolidated Financial Statements under IFRS. Ensure accurate intercompany reconciliation and manage intercompany contracts. Analyze Balance Sheet and P&L from both statutory and management reporting perspectives. Assist local subsidiaries with accounting processes and new projects. Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and governance standards.
Sustainability Reporting (CSRD)
Contribute to the implementation of CSRD-compliant reporting processes. Support gap analysis and the development of action plans to align with ESRS standards. Assist in the collection, validation, and analysis of ESG data across the Group. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting consistency. Help deliver internal training and awareness sessions on sustainability topics. About You
You are passionate about finance and sustainability, eager to grow in a dynamic and international environment. You combine analytical rigor with curiosity and a proactive mindset.
What you should bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, or related fields. 2–4 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting. Exposure to sustainability topics (e.g., university courses, certifications, or work experience). Knowledge of IFRS and familiarity with ESRS standards. Strong Excel skills; knowledge of SAP, HFM (Workiva is a plus). Fluent in English; other languages are a plus. Willingness to travel internationally.
