Our goal is to leverage the power of data to support business process owners in improving their processes, better understanding their processes, as well as automating their processes. We leverage a variety of technical tools, such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Python, and others, to provide ‘data driven’ insights and analytics to help process owners and leaders better manage their processes. A successful candidate will have a data-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, a variety of analytical and technical skills. Associates on this team routinely solve a variety of business problems and are encouraged to think strategically and independently to seize opportunities to leverage data to improve business capabilities. The ideal candidate will be able to synthesize both technical and business expertise to develop data products, such as derived tables, Alteryx workflows, or Tableau reports, that enable business leaders to accomplish business objectives more effectively and to streamline operational processes. This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies, ensure goals are met, and propose policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results. Job expectations include evaluating data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies. **Line of Business Job Responsibilities:** TheData Strategy, Reporting & Analyticsteam relies on a variety of systems / platforms to gather, improve, and leverage the data necessary to build our end-products. The candidate is expected to be familiar with various database technologies, including Hadoop, SQL, and Oracle, and a variety of ETL tools, such as Alteryx, SQL, and Python.
