Establish wedding packages together with DOSM and Sales Manager – Wedding & Events 99. Liaise with PR/MarCom Department in Advertising research and suggestions 99. Implement action plan related to wedding areas as outlined in the marketing plan 99. Respond to, and search for where appropriate, business leads from agents, wholesalers / wedding organizer / bridal houses / wedding community 99. Search and compile data for relevant wedding suppliers 99. Handle site inspection of visiting wedding organizer, existing account and potential accounts 99. Respond to inquiries with comprehensive offers promptly within 24 hours 99. Ensure wedding leads are materialized 99. Prepare wedding agreement for wedding clients 99. Follow through with rooming list, deposit payment and room reduction policy once contract is signed\. Monitors group block and rooming list done by Sales Coordinator – Wedding & Events 99. Maximize revenue in all aspect of hotel products including room, wedding venues / packages and F&B revenue 99. Follow up all wedding leads and keep Sales Proactive updated on the leads progress 99. Liaise with Credit/Accounting in preparing final invoice 99. Conduct final invoice review meeting with client 99. Attend travel show and promotional events and as may be requested by DOSM 99.
