Role Summary:

This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply machine learning to enhance employee experience through Connection and Belonging and identify productivity gains, early indicators of burnout, or predictive modeling for future behavior. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools to support a culture of belonging at Xerox.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage machine learning algorithms to generate recommendations for employee engagement and ERG onboarding strategies and event promotion. Collect, clean, and organize data sets; assist with dashboards and reports for stakeholders. Assist in developing and refining AI models to identify predictive behaviors and early indicators of burnout and disengagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical insights into strategic initiatives. Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing. Support the preparation of presentations and reports for leadership and ERG stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related field. Experience with data science tools. Understanding of machine learning concepts and applications. Interest in employee experience, facilitating strong connections to ERGs, community impact initiatives, and organizational development.
