Hybrid: This position does not require an employee to be on a full-time basis. Only 3 times per week (Tuesday - Thursday). It will not be only at GM in Sao Caetano do Sul, but also at our suppliers in Sao Paulo.
Role:
This position is responsible for sales and loyalty strategy based on a subscription business model. Will lead Connected Services sales in both Call Centers being responsible for designing and executing sales strategy, processes and commercial policies.
Will work jointly with GM´s CX Team to provide the best commercial customer journey, being responsible for increasing subscription paying member base.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Responsible for the sales channels: Contact Center & Digital Platforms for sales.Responsible for achieving the business KPIs: Contact Center convertion rate, a high amount of credit card captures, a high customer retention, a low churn and a long permanence of the paid subscribers.Set the daily goals for call center sales teams (Inbound, Outbound, Remarkerting and loyalty teams) Collect and analyze call center statistics (sales, conversion rates, advisors individuals objective etc.) in order to identify business opportunites and action plans to improve the business performanceEnsuring an efficient capacity plan to maximize the productivity of resources at contact center with the help of the workforce management teamDesigning a commercial training for contact center advisor

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor Degreed in Industrial engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration or correlated areas with strength in mathematical analysisProficiency in MS OfficeExperience managing budgetStrong ability to analyze and manage KPIsProfessional with outstanding commercial skills and good experience meeting sales targetsExcellent organizational and leadership skills with problem solving skillsBe positive, patient, resilient and self-motivatedNotable communication and interpersonal skillsWhat Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preference Qualifications)
