Configuration Specialist/ Technical Support – Health and Benefits team

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health and Benefits team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Mercer Benefits is a world leader in workplace health and benefits. The Mercer Health and Benefits team provides broking, consulting and technology support to build the right benefits strategy for businesses and its employees.

You will be joining a successful team that supports companies assess, develop and deploy strategies, programs and initiatives to improve the health and wellness of their employees.

You will be working closely with different areas of the Marsh McLennan Group to deliver a range of solutions, deliver a high quality service to our clients and plan participants; and get to know different clients and realities within the portuguese market.

We will count on you to:

Contact with clients and liaise with different Mercer teams (operations and consulting) to facilitate the setup processes of our benefits management platform;Update and revise contents on our internal benefits platform;Do some configurations on our own web application;App support to our client's internal teams;Contribute on the maintenance of our platform.

What you need to have:

Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or similar roles;Intermediate (B2) English level;Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and particularly Excel;Excellent interpersonal skills;Strong oral and written communication skills;Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment;Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills;Tech driven spirit.
