The person will manage and lead all Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations related to the Transportation Management System. This role ensures seamless communication and data exchange between internal systems and external trading partners (carriers, suppliers, customers) to support transportation logistics and supply chain activities. The person will collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, supply chain, carriers, and vendors to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely transmission of transportation-related data. You will be responsible for system configuration, execution, tracking, risk assessment, and documentation delivery to ensure that configuration management meets or exceeds the expectations of delivery and product teams, including the development and documentation of technical configuration requirements.
Your unique contribution
The responsibilities encompass ensuring the seamless integration of products into both internal and market-developed systems. This involves performing analysis, configurations, interfaces integrations, and tests to verify product quality and performance, ultimately validating deployment.
Product lifecycle management: Analyse requirements from new products, compare them to existing systems specifications. Deep dive on technical and functional specifications, dependencies and interactions between new product and existing systems. Configure required parameters, security settings, options functionalities & modules. Document and create toolkit on the specific set-up of tools. Define and perform required functional, performance, security and compatibility tests. Manage interfaces integrations and integration test. Orchestrate and plan system demos and tests.Incident management: Investigate incidents related to integration and configuration issues at level 2/3 and contribute to resolution Product Catalog Management: Participate in the addition, modification and removal of catalog items from my scope based on the approvals of the Product Owner and the Product and Service Catalog ManagerYour team

Your blend of talent:
Experience in tool configuration (certification is a plus)Knowledge of data integration tools (ETL, APIs, middleware)Good understanding of IT systems configuration and workflow customisationFamiliarity with DevOps, cybersecurity and architectural best practicesAnalytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering valueAbility to manage priorities under supervisionAccuracy and thoroughness in documenting configurationsStrong communication skills to engage and partner with stakeholders, especially techCuriosity and the ability to learn quicklyFamiliarity with SAP and/ or MDM tools will be a plusFamiliarity with Agile methodologies is a plusDegree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experienceOur mix of benefits
