In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Under general direction, you will lead the Configuration Management team in Boulder and coordinate with the global Configuration Management teams in Mexico, Romania, India, and China Lead and delegate implementation of Micro Motion’s vision and strategic plan as related to Configuration Management and its principles Define project priorities and resources and ensure timely completion and quality of results Provide leadership for Configuration Management practices, processes, and strategies worldwide Propose and champion global initiatives that affect the direction/vision of Configuration Management at Micro Motion Develop direct reports and other team members in personal development, systems thinking, process improvements and leadership skills Develop, maintain and report key performance metrics for Configuration ManagementWho You Are:

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $107,400- 153,400 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
