The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Enterprise Configuration Management Lead. This candidate should have 10 or more years of configuration/change management and project management experience. The Lead is responsible for supporting the multi-supplier ecosystem to integrate and manage the Configuration Management process within the customer infrastructure and maintain the customer's enterprise baseline. The Lead will be responsible to work across a SIGINT and GEOINT Enterprise to facilitate process improvements and multi-customer relationship management. The candidate will maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring all configuration items (CIs) are documented, tracked, and updated in the Enterprise Configuration Management Database (eCMDB).

Responsibilities:

Develop Configuration Management (CM) plan and standardsManage and maintain the eCMDBPerform periodic verification and audit of Configuration Items (CIs)Assist Asset Management in defining a common naming convention and tagging standard for both assets and CIsEnsure mapping of services (logical service model) from the level of business servicesEnsure timely update of CI informationEnsure CI relationship mapping is accurate and evaluated oftenProvide input for technology requirements relating to or impacting CMUtilize ServiceNow dashboards, tools, and techniques to report the status of the incident process as neededWork with other Program Leads to incorporate CM into other processes, as neededSupport reporting for weekly and monthly meetingsLead a Team of Enterprise configuration managers in day-to-day workManage approximately 12 CACI personnel and will have the responsibility to complete timesheets, TouchPoints and make hiring decision makingAssist in the creation of program Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliveryCollaborate with other teams to support changes, ensure compliance and efficient service delivery


Qualifications:

Required: 
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, Management, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years’ work experience in Configuration management, or 5 years experience in a related fieldSkilled at working collaboratively in a complex environment and driving performance achievement and improvements Data-driven mindset of service excellence and customer satisfactionSuccessful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities

Desired:Experience working with Government clients, specifically within the Intelligence CommunityExperience with Service Now (SNOW)Familiarity with IT Service Management toolsets such as ServiceNow or RemedyProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience leading large teams in a matrixed management structureExperience with Organizational Change ManagementDemonstrated experience producing programmatic deliverablesDemonstrated experience with facets of personnel management

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
