What You will Do:

Manages and maintains effective communication with Engineering team members to understand individual support requirements.Develops diverse product knowledge.Drives improvements based on end user experience.Reviews, analyzes, and releases change requests to drawings.Reviews, analyzes, and releases deviations/waivers.Applies knowledge from Engineering and Government Standards and becomes first point of contact for configuration management concerns.May work with engineers on details and implications of test procedures and results.May work with engineers to release procedures for testing systems and equipment.Analyzes, maintains, compiles and formats data and design changes.Reviews drawings, reports, and engineering documentation.Collects corrective actions for field issues, special investigations, and product testing.

Work Experience

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Effective time management. Multi-tasking. Pro-active. Organizing skills. Effective teamwork. Process oriented. Ability to communicate effectively, including writing skills. Initiative, ability to manage own time. Like to work in a fast paced, creative environment SAP Proficiency US Citizen required
